Ada Mae Wilson Brown April 22, 1918 - April 23, 2008
She was
born April 22, 1918 in Faubush, KY to the late Akillis and Anna
Elizabeth Girdler Wilson. She worked for Palm Beach Clothing Factory for
22 years and a charter member of the Denham St. Baptist Church of
Somerset, KY. Mrs.
Brown is survived by three daughters, Ann Marie Warner of Norfolk, VA,
Letha Aldena (and Eldridge) Gover of Sydney, OH, and Carol Jean Bray of
Cincinnati, OH; a half-brother, Walton Wilson of Florida; nine
grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and
ten great-great grandchildren. Preceding
her in death were her parents; her husband, Oval Ray Brown, whom she
married on August 17, 1943; three sisters, Zona Keaton, Losie Gadberry,
and Ada’s twin, Vada Woolridge; two brothers, Louie Wilson and Lonnie
Wilson; and a half sister, Thelma Tibbetts. Funeral
services for Ada Mae Brown will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2008
at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. J.S. New and
Bro. Bruce Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial
Gardens. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Mae Wilson Brown, age 90, formerly of Somerset, departed this life on
Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Lake Ridge Villas in Cincinnati, OH.
