Addyson Grace Judy Maire Bolin, infant daughter of William and Tonya Burton Bolin of Nancy, KY, departed this life on Monday, August 30, 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.  She was born on July 6, 2010 in Somerset, KY.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her three brothers, Jacob Dick, Ethan Bolin, and Nathaniel Bolin; grandparents, Lanny and Marcella Burton of Somerset, KY, Dinah Phillpott of Somerset, KY, and Bertha Bolin of Nancy, KY; great grandparents, Shirley and Bobby Burton of Nancy, KY; an aunt, Amanda (and Doug) Fields of Nancy, KY; and four uncles, Matthew Bolin of Somerset, KY, Ronnie (and Betty) Bolin of Nancy, KY, Donnie (and Kim) Bolin of Nancy, KY, and Hobert (and Margaret) Bolin of Somerset, KY.

Preceding her in death was her grandfather, Hobert Bolin and an aunt, Karen Bolin.

Visitation for Addyson will be Wednesday, September 1^st at 6:00 pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 2^nd at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Travis Strunk and Bro. Reggie Tipton officiating. Burial will be in the Collins Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be her brothers.
