Agnes Evelyn Bowmann

February 28, 1922 - June 30, 2008

Mrs. Agnes Evelyn Bowmann, age 86, formerly of the Woodson Bend community, passed away Monday, June 30, 2008 at the Somerset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on February 28, 1922 in Covington, KY to the late Joseph and Agnes Eickhoff Niederschmidt. She was a homemaker and member of 1^st Christian Church of Somerset. She was also a member of the Lake Cumberland Garden Club.

A special caregiver, Bonnie T. Gibson of Bronston, KY, survives her.

Preceding her in death were her parents; 1^st husband, Bernie Estes, whom she married on June 7, 1969 and passed away on December 24, 1972; 2^nd husband, Richard Bowmann, whom she married on January 25, 1975 and passed away on February 20,1984; and three brothers, George, Carl, and Cyril Niederschmidt.

Visitation for Mrs. Bowmann will be Thursday, July 3^rd after 8:00 am at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Thursday, July 3^rd at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Altman officiating. Burial will follow in the Mill Springs National Cemetery, Nancy, KY.
