Anna Boncheff Kirby, 82, of Mofield Road in Science Hill , Kentucky , passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital .

She was born in Hamtramck , Michigan on October 18, 1927, daughter of the late John and Victoria Guran Boncheff.  She was a computer operator for a shoe and clothing store.

She is survived by one daughter, Janet & (Bill) Slaybaugh of Science Hill, two sons, Donald & (Debra) Kirby of Whittier, CA and Wayne Kirby of Science Hill, six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Donald Kirby, whom she married on April 13, 1946 and who died on May 16, 1993, her parents, two brothers, John Boncheff and Danny Boncheff and one sister, Ruth Allen.

A funeral service will be held at 7 PM Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Eaton officiating.

Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery .

Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
