Carolyn Sue Fultz, age 61
of Nancy, KY, departed this life on Friday, December 30, 2011 at
the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on September
26, 1950 in Mason, OH to Ida Mae Middleton Norton and the late
Carol Norton. She worked as a patient aide at Oakwood and as a
server for The Harbor and Cracker Barrel Restaurants. She was of
the Baptist faith. Mrs. Fultz enjoyed activities on Lake
Cumberland.
Mrs. Fultz is survived by
her mother, Ida Mae Middleton Norton of West Chester, OH; her
husband, James M. Fultz, whom she married on November 29, 1980 in
Cincinnati, OH; her eight children, Catherine Pitstick of Moores
Hill, IN, Gina Oakes of Crittenden, KY, Daniel Fultz of Somerset,
Jeff Fultz of Mooresville, NC, Rob Fultz of Mooresville, NC, Chris
Fultz of Cincinnati, OH, Craig Lilley of Cincinnati, OH, and
Nicole Manning of Mt. Orab, OH; fifteen grandchildren, Roger and
Shane Miniard, Ron and Bill DeMaris, Dustin Oakes, Daniel and
Mariah Cannoy, Emma Fultz, Haelie Reynoso, Drew and Katherine
Fultz, Bill and Carlee Fultz, Kristen and Kyla Manning; three
great grandchildren, Isabella Rae DeMaris, Cameron Fultz, and
Johnny Fultz Jr.; a sister, Brenda (and Tim) Koller of West
Chester, OH; and four brothers, Gary (and Nancy) Norton of
Fairfield, OH, Mike (and Kathy) Norton of Madisonville, TN, Ron
(and Janie) Norton of Mason, OH, and Greg (and Margie) Norton,
Cleveland, GA.
Along with her father,
Carol Norton, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Johnathon
Fultz.
Visitation for Mrs. Fultz
will be Wednesday, January 4th at 11:00 am at the
Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with her funeral service to
follow at 1:00 pm. Dr. Greg Ryan will officiate. Interment will be
in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
The family requests
