Christopher P. Lawrence, age 36 of Nancy, KY departed this life on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in Illinois.

He was born on December 11, 1974 in Aurora, IL to Jerry Lynn Lawrence and Sandra West Walker. He was born in Illinois but Kentucky was home. Christopher was a carpenter by trade and loved woodworking, fishing, and the Chicago Cubbies. He was loved by everyone.

Christopher is survived by his father, Jerry Lynn (and Carrie) Lawrence of Nancy, KY; his mother, Sandy (and Stan) Walker of Muscle Shoals, AL; his son, Tyler Lawrence of Aurora, IL; his paternal grandmother, Bertha Lawrence of Windsor, KY;  his maternal grandmother, Louise Henry of  Yates City, KS; two brothers, Jerry A. (and Tracy) Lawrence of Old Hickory, TN and Casey Allan of Las Vegas, NV; three sisters, Becky Lawrence (and partner, Cory Harper) of Marseilles, IL, Misty Abbott (and partner, Norman Parsons) of Muscle Shoals, AL, and Cheyenne Lawrence of Nancy, KY; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation for Christopher will be Sunday, March 20th at 12 Noon at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with his funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm. Bro. David Muse will officiate.
