Donald Ellis "Slim" Dunn, 76, of Waynesburg , Kentucky , passed away Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Ephraim-McDowell Regional Medical Center .

He was born in Frankfort , Kentucky on November 4, 1934, son of the late William Clinton and Cora C. Harden Dunn.  He was a mechanic.

He is survived by one son, Doug Dunn of Somerset , one daughter, Pam Moore of Waynesburg, two brothers, Bennie Dunn of Georgetown , KY and Harold Dunn of Lexington , KY , two sisters, Joyce Switzer of Georgetown , KY and Janie Atchison of Paris , KY and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta Partin Dunn, his parents and two sisters, Barbara Dunn and Ethel Dunn.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Friday, March 4, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Hall officiating.

Burial will be in Parlor Grove Cemetery .

Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
