Florene Wilson, age 83 of
Port St. John, Florida departed this life peacefully on Friday,
December 31, 2010 in Florida.
Mrs. Wilson was born on
April 7, 1927 in Hardburly, KY (Perry County) to the late Chalmer
and Edna Ritchie Barker. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her
children, W.C. Wilson (and his wife, Brenda) of Louisville, KY and
Paula Stacy (and her husband, Ron) of Port St. John, FL; six
grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; two brothers; and three
sisters.
Along with her parents, she
was preceded in death by her husband, Waldon Wilson, who passed
away on June 19, 2010.
Funeral service for Mrs.
Wilson will be at 12 Noon on Friday, January 7th at the
Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Noah Broughton
officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens in
Somerset, KY.
