Georgia G. Hacker

February 10, 1933 - July 13, 2008

Mrs. Georgia G. Hacker, age 75, of Somerset, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2008 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Home.

She was born February 10, 1933 in Bedford, Indiana to the late Benton and Geneva  Carter McMillan. She was a homemaker and member of the Park Ave Baptist Church, Titusville, Florida. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Hacker is survived by her husband, Ford Hacker, whom she married on April 15, 1952 in Springville, IN; two sons, Larry (and Beverly) Hacker of Orlando, FL and Timothy Hacker of Titusville, FL; a daughter, Kimberly Hacker of Titusville, FL; two brothers, Wendell McMillan and Gerald (and Janet) McMillan both of Bedford, IN; two grandchildren, Jason Hacker and Brian (and Sherry) Hacker; and a special friend and caregiver, Mindy Miller of Somerset.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a sister, Betty East.

Visitation for Mrs. Hacker will be Wednesday, July 16^th from 3-5 pm at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, then on Friday, July 18^th from 1-3 pm at the Day & Carter Mortuary in Bedford, IN. Graveside service will follow at the Lowder Cemetery in Bedford, IN.
