Ivan Baugh, 94, of Somerset , Kentucky , passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at his residence.

He was born in Mintonville , Kentucky on August 4, 1916, son of the late Quency Clay and Ellen Ashley Baugh.  He was a farmer and retired from the University of Kentucky Agriculture .  He was of the Pentecostal faith.

He is survived by two grandchildren, Joey & (Sherry) Borders of Lexington and Cyndi Kelley of Somerset , two great-grandchildren, Chance Borders of Lexington, KY and Robin Ray Kelley Jr. of Somerset , son-in-law, Joe Borders of Lexington and one sister, Velma Blackburn of Somerset .

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby E. Phelps Baugh, who died on December 7, 2004, his parents, one daughter, Rosemary Baugh Borders, son-in-law, Robin Ray Kelley Sr., two brothers, Leamond Baugh and Lewis Baugh and one sister, Merlie Pence.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery .

Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
