Jerry Craig Collins, 60, of Eubank , Kentucky , passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital following a short illness.

He was born in Somerset , Kentucky on October 28, 1950, son of John and Evelyn McKee Collins.  He was retired owner of JC Collins Enterprises.  He loved collecting antiques and going to auctions.

He is survived by his parents, John and Evelyn Collins of Eubank, two sons, Jason & (Mistie) Collins of Russell Springs, KY and Joshua & (Cristi) Collins of Eubank, two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Ryan Collins of Russell Springs, KY, aunts and uncles, Eunice McKee of Corbin, KY, Karen and Kenneth Edwards of Somerset and Clay and Jeanie Collins of Eubank, nephew, Tyler Collins of Kings Mt., KY and special friend, Kristina Diane Wells.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Samuel Uzra Collins and Alice Dungan Collins, maternal grandparents, Papaw Pete McKee and Juanita McKee and two brothers, Terry Scott Collins and Tracy Grant Collins.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Carson Atwood officiating.

Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery .

Visitation will be after 11 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
