Leland Florea April 9, 1919 - April 2, 2008
Mr.
Florea was born in Cincinnati, OH on April 9, 1919 to the late Harley
Clifton & Macy McCann Florea. He was a 32 degree Mason, aviation
cadet and enjoyed woodworking. He was a WW II Air Force veteran and a
member of the Whetstone Baptist Church. Mr.
Florea is survived by his wife, Jewell Holt Florea whom he married March
31, 1973 in Covington, KY; 3 sons, Daniel Florea, Ohio, Lee John Florea,
Florida, Wendell Meece, Ohio; 2 daughters, Shannon & Jonathan
Feddock, Lexington, KY, Debra & Mark Duncan, California and 2
grandchildren, Adam Duncan and Ashlee Meece. Along
with his parents he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Chester Florea,

services for Leland Florea will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at
the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home at 10:00am with Bro Gene
Tarter & Bro Troy Merrick officiating. Interment will follow in
Providence Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by American
Legion Post # 38 Honor Guard Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 5:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Lake Cumberland Regional.
