Lenna Overbay, age 84 of Somerset, KY, departed this life on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Somerwoods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center  in Somerset, Kentucky. 

She was born on May 25, 1927 in Laurel County, Kentucky to the late Ruffis and Ready Keller Patterson.  Mrs. Overbay was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. 

Mrs. Overbay is survived by five sons, George (and Gracie) Holland of Murray, KY, Charles (and Janice) Holland of Murray, KY, Mat (and Barbara) York of Benton, KY, Larry (and Deidra) York of Benton, KY, and Billy (and Connie) Hamilton of Louisville, KY; three daughters, Doris Dobson of Somerset, KY, Sandra (and Gilbert) Lynn of Somerset KY, and Wanda (and Jay) Hayden of Louisville, KY; and eighteen grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Overbay; three brothers, Frank Patterson, Louis Patterson and Ike Patterson; and two sisters, Mary Patterson and Annie Patterson. 

Visitation for Mrs. Overbay will be on Friday, April 15^th at 5:00 pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 16^th at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Brother Johnny Dunbar officiating.  Burial will be at Grave Hill Cemetery in Tateville, KY.
