Lewis Gene "Luke" Trivett

July 14, 1945 - May 29, 2008

Lewis Gene "Luke" Trivett, 62, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Pulaski County, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2008.

He was born in Norton, Virginia on July 14, 1945, son of the late Samuel and Geneva Adams Trivett.  He was co-owner of Triad Roofing in Indianapolis with his uncle, Jimmie Adams.  An avid fisherman, he enjoyed hunting, woodworking and antiques and was a member of the NRA.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Roseann Ray Trivett, one daughter,
Lisa M. & (Fred) Teney, four grandchildren, Zachary Lewis, John Thomas,
Christopher Frederick and Annamarie Elizabeth Teney, one brohter, Ronnie & (Joy) LaFary, three sisters, Bonnie Walker, Nellie & (Clay) Cope and Cathy & (Jim Birdwell) Stogsdill and sister-in-law, Berniece Adams.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mike Adams.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, June 2, 2008 at Chimney Rock Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Chimney Rock Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 4 PM Sunday at the church.
