Michael Charlton "Charley" Mahoney, Jr

September 14, 1970 - April 12, 2008

Michael Charlton "Charley" Mahoney, Jr., 37, of Singleton Road in Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital after suffering a major stroke.

He was born in Charleston, South Carolina on September 14, 1970, son of
Michael Mahoney, Sr. and Karyn Clenner Dugger.  He was a Registered Nurse at Thompson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, KY.  He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in May of 2006 and attended Singletontown First Church of God in Eubank.  

Charley was a loving husband and wonderful father.

He is survived by his wife, Angela D. Singleton Mahoney, whom he married on February 14, 1998.  To their union were three children, Keanan Mahoney, Mikalee Mahoney and Cameron Mahoney all of Eubank.  He is also survived by his father, Michael Mahoney, Sr. of Charleston, SC, his mother, Karyn C. & (Marshall) Dugger of Newport News, VA, one brother, Hal Mahoney of Charleston, SC, one sister, Courtney Mahoney of Locust Hill, VA, adopted brother, David Miller of Goose Creek, SC, three nieces and three nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Morris
& Hislope Funeral Home, Science Hill, KY with Bro. Shelby Reynolds
officiating.

Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
