Patricia
Sue Wilson, age 57 of Nancy, KY, departed this life on Thursday,
March 4, 2010 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in
Nashville, TN.
She
was born on August 15, 1952 in Somerset, KY, the daughter of
Alfred and Irene McClendon Johnson. She was a librarian for the
Somerset Community College and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed
reading, spending time and playing with her grandson, “and
others”.
Mrs.
Wilson is survived by her mother, Irene McClendon Johnson of
Faubush, KY; her husband, Randy Wilson, whom she married on June
1, 1973 in Ingle, KY; a son, Jonathan (and Tina) Wilson of Faubush,
KY; two brothers, Eugene (and Janice) Johnson of Faubush, KY and
Roger (and Linda) Johnson of Nancy, KY; a sister, Doris (and Rick)
Ping of Faubush, KY; a grandson, Carter Wilson; a uncle, Robert
(and Grace) Johnson of Jabez, KY; and two aunts, Ovilene Eastham
of Faubush, KY and Grace (and Wid) Jennings of Berea, KY.
Preceding
her in death was her father, Alfred Johnson.
Visitation
for Mrs. Wilson will be Monday, March 8th after 5:00 pm
at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset.
Funeral
service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 9th
at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Garlin
Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the New Pleasant Point
Cemetery, Ingle, KY.
The
family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Pulmonary
