Phillip “Rusty Harness”
Nicholas, age 28 of Somerset, departed this life on Saturday,
January 15, 2011 at his home.
He was born on May 29, 1982
in Somerset, Kentucky to George Harness and Debra Nicholas. He was
a laborer for Glen Oak Lumber Company and attended Carter Ridge
Baptist Church.
Rusty is survived by his
father, George Harness of Somerset, KY; mother, Debra Nicholas of
Eubank, KY; his wife, Elizabeth Hensley Nicholas of Frakes, KY;
two sons, Phillip Russell Nicholas and Rollin Lynn Nicholas both
of Somerset, KY; two daughters, Brianna Nicholas of Frakes, KY and
Summer Day Nicholas of Somerset, KY; two sisters, Carrie Harness
of Somerset, KY and Tonya Elliott of Somerset, KY; paternal
grandmother, Hazel Mosley; maternal grandparents, Gary and Fannie
Allen; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Rusty will
be Thursday, January 20th at 12 Noon at the Chapel of
Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with his funeral service to follow at
2:00 pm.
The family requests
expressions of sympathy be made to the Phillip “Rusty Harness”
Nicholas Memorial Fund c/o Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
