Tammy Lynn Chambers December 30, 1981 - June 17, 2008
Mrs.
Tammy Lynn Chambers, age 26, of Somerset, passed away on Tuesday, June
17, 2008 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY She was
born on December 30, 1981 in Oneida, TN to the late Ottis Chambers and
Rose Mary Norman. She was a clerk for Peach City Fruit Market and of the
Baptist faith. She enjoyed singing and fishing. Tammy
is survived by a son, Zachariah Chambers of Somerset; four daughters,
Meredith Chambers, Rose Mary Bowling, Charity Bowling, and VenaLee
Sears, all of Somerset; two brothers, Ottie (and Tommie) Chambers of
North Carolina and Richard Chambers of Arkansas; five sisters, Sheila
Stephens of North Carolina, Marie (and Eddie) Anthony of Alabama, Della
(and Glenn) Adkins of Indiana, Janie (and Bobby) Dykes of Somerset, and
Alicia (and Mikey) Shelton of Somerset; and her stepfather, John Norman
of Somerset. Preceding
her in death were her parents; and two brothers, Sterling Allen Chambers
and Levi Chambers. Visitation
for Tammy will be Friday, June 20th after 6 pm at Lake
Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral
service will be Saturday, June 21st at 11:00 am at the Chapel
of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Bowling officiating.
Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Tammy Lynn Chambers Memorial Fund c/o Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
