Victoria K. Branscum, age 21 of Bronston, Kentucky, departed this life on Friday, September 2, 2011 due to an automobile accident.

Ms. Branscum was born on February 20, 1990 in Somerset, Kentucky to Lee and Peggy Hardwick Branscum.  She loved to spend time with her children and family.  Ms. Branscum loved going to the races with her dad.  She enjoyed working on the farm and weed eating with her brother and dad, as well as riding four-wheelers with her sister.  Ms. Branscum also loved horses.  She will be missed by her family and friends.  She was of the Baptist faith. 

Ms. Branscum is survived by four sons, Jackson and Kendall Branscum and Jayden and Cameron Smith, all of Bronston, KY; one daughter, Kylie Smith of Bronston, KY; one brother, Dusty Branscum of Bronston, KY; one sister, Nikki Branscum of Bronston, KY; a nephew, Shawn Irvin of Bronston, KY; two nieces, Haylee Irvin and Destiny Ferrell of Bronston, KY; two grandmothers, Brenda Hardwick of Bronston, KY and Grace Branscum of Monticello, KY; four uncles and three aunts; many special cousins and two special friends, Ciarra Keeney and Kayla Bolin, and a very special friend, Tim Irvin.

Ms. Branscum was preceded in death by two grandpa’s, Lowell Hardwick and Hershel Flynn, two great grandma’s and two great grandpa’s, Hover and Pearl Neeley and Elmer and Ida Hardwick. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 6:00 pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset, Kentucky and Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 6:00 pm at Liberty Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. 

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Liberty Baptist Church with Brother Ulanda Price and Brother Chester New officiating.  Burial will be in Alexander Chapel Cemetery.
