Viola Rouse Dungan, 95, of Eubank , Kentucky , passed away Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital .

She was born in Pulaski , Kentucky on May 18, 1916, daughter of the late W.J. and Cordelia Frances Quinton Rouse.  She was a homemaker and a member of Pulaski Baptist Church .

She is survived by one son, Bennie Dungan of Science Hill, three daughters, Frankie Bradley of Eubank, Nancy Broyles of Somerset and Betty Dungan of Eubank, eight grandchildren, Jack Bradley Jr., Scott Bradley, Alan Bradley, Wayne Griffin Jr., John Dungan, Mark Dungan, Greg Dungan and Patrick Dungan, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law, Vickie Dungan of Science Hill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Dungan, her parents, one son, Dale Dungan, three brothers, Clyde Rouse, Clifford Rouse and Bill Rouse, five sisters, Myrtle McGuire, Ruby Cannon, Faye Daulton, Marietta Wilder and Lola Keith and one granddaughter, Leslie Dungan.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Dungan officiating.

Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery .

Visitation will be after 12 Noon Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
