Virginia (Greenwade) Faulkner

May 18, 1914 - August 12, 2008

Virginia (Greenwade) Faulkner, 94, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at her residence.

She was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky on May 18, 1914, daughter of the late Farmer H. and Mary (Sewell) Greenwade.

Mrs. Faulkner was married to Dr. Charles Raymond Faulkner, MD and worked as a receptionist in their office until retirement in 1972.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Faulkner, her parents, one daughter, Barbara Faulkner Bell and two sisters, Mary Estill and Lillian B. Dragoo.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, August 14, 2008 at
Somerset Cemetery with Bro. Joseph K. Altman, Senior Minister officiating.

Burial will be in Somerset Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church Building Fund, Somerset, KY.
