Wayneth Norfleet

Wayneth Norfleet, age 71, of Nancy, Ky passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center Lexington, KY.

Mr. Norfleet was born in Nancy, Ky on September 8, 1936 to the late Willard & Bessie Tarter Norfleet. He was retired from the Property Value Administration Office. He enjoyed grandchildren, woodworking and farming. He was a member of the White Oak Baptist Church.

Mr. Norfleet is survived by his wife, Jill Price Norfleet whom he married January 31, 1969 in Nancy, KY; a daughter, Amy & Tony Cress, Nancy; a brother, Lowell Norfleet, Taylor, MI; 2 grandchildren, Sawyer Cress, Reagan Cress and special friends, Richard & Peggy Johnson family, Nancy, Roy & Vicki Brown, Nancy.

Mr. Norfleet is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Wayneth Norfleet will be held on Friday, June 27, 2008 at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home at 10:00am with Bro James Floyd officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to White Oak Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan.
