Harold Dick, age 90, of Bronston, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Harold was born on September 21, 1935 to the late Elbert Dick and China Morgan Dick in Tateville, Kentucky.
He was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church #2, and he enjoyed fox, deer, turkey, and squirrel hunting. He enjoyed farming, watching wildlife on his farm, and watching NASCAR.
Along with his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Sherry Dick, his daughter: Rhonda F. Caudill, his siblings: Raymond Dick, Carroll Dick, Pauline Halcomb, and Christine Bray.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his son: Harold (Doris) Dick of Bronston, Ky; brother, Donald (Stella) Dick, 3 granddaughters: Tonya (Jeff) Leytze of Cincinnati, OH; Tiffany (Drew) Martin of Arvada, CO; Rebecca (Bobby) Foster of Bronston, Ky; 6 great-grandchildren: Allie Leytze, Dylan Leytze both of Cincinnati, OH; Kyle Martin, Kaleb Martin both of Arvada, CO; Dakota Dick and Braxton Foster both of Bronston, Ky; and a host of other family members and friends to cherish his memory.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 10am-12pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 12pm with Bro. Clyde Strunk officiating. Entombment will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be: Donald Dick, Bobby Foster, Billy Morrow, Jeff Leytze, Tim Caudill, and Dylan Leytze.
