Melissa “Missy” Wells Warren, 59, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 16, 1966, to the late 1st Sgt. Norman R. Wells and Betty J. Gilliam Wells.
Missy was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She shared 42 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Carl D. Warren. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
She is survived by her husband, Carl; her two sons, Dustin Warren (Tradon) and Cody Warren (Amanda); her sister, Sandra K. Wells Newton; and her beloved grandchildren, Savanna Bradley (21), Audrea Bradley (17), Marcus Warren (16), Abigail Warren (4), and Bryleigh Warren (1).
Missy was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Betty Wells, and her sister, Angela S. Wells.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering love for her family, and her gentle spirit that touched everyone who knew her.
In keeping with her wishes, no services are planned. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
