Patrick Ashley Mack, age 31, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away from this life on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the UK Hospital in Lexington.

He was born on September 06, 1987 in Somerset, Kentucky, the son of Ron and Rhonda Rigdon.

Patrick was a company driver for several years. He enjoyed fishing, gaming, working on computers and the outdoors. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Cress and Evelyn Boyatt, his brother Jeremy Rigdon, aunt and uncle Manual and Cristine Jones, uncle’s Wendell Hill, Jim Deese and cousins Jamie Helton, Scott Murphy and Rebecca Hill.

He is survived by his wife Krystle Bailey Mack, children Jaden, Lexie, Spencer and step son Jordon, parents Ron and Rhonda Rigdon, his brother Ron Perkins, sister in law Amy Jo Perkins, nephew Gabe Perkins and his mother in law and father in law.

Visitation will be at 12:00 on Monday, November 5, 2018 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 5, 2018 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Griffith and Sis. Jayne Sexton officiating.

Burial will be in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.
