Danny Wesley Lewis, age 67, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at his home.

Danny was born on March 8, 1956 to the late Bob Lewis and Virginia Wallace in Sherman, Texas.

Danny was known to family and friends as Big Cat. He enjoyed riding Harley motorcycles, going to the lake fishing and boating.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Laquana Lewis “Q”, son, Kegan Lewis (Kirsten) of Ridgeley, WV; daughter, Lakacia Whitaker (Wesley) of Fort Ashby, WV; brothers, Bobby Lewis (Becky) of Sherman, TX; John Lewis (Rhonda) of Savoy, TX; Billy Caffee (Michelle) of Gallup, NM; sister, Sadie Mayes (Werth) of Stephenville, TX; grandchildren, Bowen and Crue Whitaker of Fort Ashby, WV.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 10am at Sunnyside Cemetery in Savoy, Texas. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Danny Wesley
