David N. Withers

David N. Withers, age 72, of Eubank, Kentucky passed from this life Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

David was born September 18, 1949 to Irvin Withers and Lucy Lewis Withers in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed sitting on his front porch rocking and talking. He also enjoyed camping.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Lucy Withers, brothers, Homer Withers, sisters, Clyda Fields, Edna Barber and Georgia Withers.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his brothers, Darrell Withers of Waynesburg, Ky; James Withers (Myrna) of Georgia; sister, Mary Withers of Eubank, Ky; nieces, Stacy Thom (Joe); Scotty Kernen; Kathy Davis (Joe); Stephanie Oliver (Doug); Lesha Hart (Carl); Tammy Mitchell (Phillip); Jennifer Withers; nephews, Tim Fields; Jim Fields (Mary); Penn Barber (Jenny) and Tommy Kernen (Kim).

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2 P.M. with Bro. Ronnie Haste officiating. Burial will follow in Eubank Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gideon Bible Plan.
