Jamie D. Burton, age 47, of Nancy, Kentucky passed from this life Thursday, January 20, 2022.

Jamie was born December 2, 1974 to Darrell Burton and Pamela Stephens Burton in Somerset, Kentucky.

He enjoyed farming and riding ATVs on the farm. He was a truck driver. He most of all he cherished his family.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clarence and Ina Burton, and his maternal grandparents, Alonzo and Mary Stephens.

Jamie leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother and father, Darrell and Pamela Burton; brother, Mikey Burton (Susan Ritchie) of Nancy, Ky; along with 3 special nieces, Ashley, Kayla and Cheyenne, a great-nephew, Colt and like a 2nd mother to him, aunt, Birtha Burton.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 12 P.M. with Bro. Jeff Lockard officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Nancy, Ky. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Jamie D. Burton.
