Karla L. Glover

Karla L. Glover, age 57, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville, Kentucky.

Karla was born on August 9, 1966 to the late Wanda Keeney and Krista Phelps Keeney in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed listening to music, watching television and dancing. She loved working in her flower garden and shopping. She most of all cherished her family, friends, and the time she spent with them, especially her son.

Karla was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roger Glover. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Dakota “Cody” Glover of Science Hill, Ky; stepson, Jamie Glover of Somerset, Ky; stepdaughter, Amy Dockery of Somerset, Ky; brothers, Ricky (Tina) Keeney of Shopville, Ky; Wade Keeney of Shopville, Ky; Tammy (Mark) Taylor of Science Hill, Ky; along with grandchildren, Conner, Ashtyn and Kenzie Glover.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 1-3pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 3pm with Bro. Ricky Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Church Cemetery. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Karla L. Glover.
