Norman Orrender

A Celebration of Life will be held by his family at a later date

Norman Orrender, age 86, of Nancy, Kentucky passed from this life Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.

Norman was born June 5, 1935 to Elbert Orrender and Elise James Orrender in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching westerns.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Elise Orrender, brothers, Edward, Wendell, Murrell, Benny and Bobby Orrender, sister, Violet Orrender.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Roy Orrender of Arkansas; Michael Back of Ohio; daughters, Linda (Tony) Pinion; Carolyn Harris both of Somerset; brother, Donald Lee of Florida; sisters, Mary Orrender and Jewell Bishop; grandchildren, Corine Gibbs, Wade May and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held by his family at a later date. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Norman Orrender.
