Ruby Wiltsey age 85 of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the Cumberland Nursing and Rehab. Ruby was born February 14, 1935 to the late Rod Lee Owens and Zora Kent Owens in New Albany, Mississippi.
Per Ruby’s request there will be no services. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with Ruby Wiltsey.
